The DIYFIT Fitness For You Strength Training Program uses equipment, props, or just using your body weight. We use videos to help demonstrate various exercises. These videos can also be found on the DIYFIT Fitness For You  Vimeo account. The videos are short and demonstrate the exercises for you to follow.

The amount of weight and the amount of repetitions will vary upon each individual. All videos designed will be easy to follow. Everyone will be able to exercise and stretch by following our videos.

Good fat foods are those with unsaturated fat; avoid foods high in saturated fats. Foods High in Good Fats includes Olive Oil, Nuts, Seeds, and Fish like Salmon.
