The Stability Ball Push-Up is a modification of a standard Push-Up. The push-up can be done with the lower half of the body on the ball and hands on the ground or it can be done with the hands on the ball and the feet touching the ground. In this video we demonstrate the legs up on the ball. You can start with the hips on the ball and gradually move forward to increase the difficulty of the exercise.
