Stretching for good health is a vital part of the DIYFIT exercise plan. This section is broken up into Upper Body and Lower Body variations of stretches. These you can perform to aid in your flexibility and increase your range of motion. Therefore you will feel less soreness, increase blood flow through the muscles, and overall better health.

Warming up Before You Stretch to Promote Good Health

Stretches should be performed with the body warmed up. I do not recommend stretching before you warm up the muscles.
