As in most workout routines we spend most of the time discussing exercises, what type, how many, how much, how often, etc… The second thing we spend a lot of time on is nutrition. You can workout daily and still not be able to change the body enough without a proper nutritional plan. One of my favorite sayings is “We build muscles in the gym and lose weight in the kitchen”. The piece of the routine that is discussed the least seems to be sleep and rest. When you get enough sleep and rest your body has time to recover and give you the best out of your workouts. Also sleeping adequately lets your body work properly on burning fasts and rebuilding muscle as you break it down through your workouts. If you find these concepts interesting and would like more information, let me help you design the best program.
